Representing the Bay Area and NOFX’s label Fat Wreck Chords is the band Get Dead! They take an Irish folk stripped-down sound and blend it with gritty punk attitude. The five-piece band writes music about political awareness, they raise fists in true rebellious spirits, and continuously push themselves on their latest record, Honesty Lives Elsewhere. Get Dead’s die-hard spirit helped the band spread their ideas over the course of several months. Working with talented friends and label-mates who helped them complete their latest record, including members of Lagwagon, toyGuitar and Old Man Markley. Plus, as with their previous album, 2013’s Bad News, the band enlisted NOFX’s Fat Mike to assist with production and songwriting. Check out Get Dead’s official video for their song “She’s A Problem”.
