Ernie Ball power trio Tiny Moving Parts have signed to Hopeless Records, dropped new single, and have announced the release date for their new record.
Known for blending their finger tap/math rock style with infectious melodies and anthemic choruses, the guys have unveiled the first single off the new album, Breathe.
The new track, “Medicine,” starts out innocent enough with a clean melody, reminiscent or American Football, but quickly turns into an upbeat tempo drive with lyrics about singer Dylan Mattheisen’s fear of death and everything falling apart around him. The video features the boys in the band pulling instruments out of Dylan’s body, complete with a set of Ernie Ball strings.
The new record, produced by John Fields (Jimmy Eat World, Goo Goo Dolls, All Time Low), arrives September 13th and you can watch the new video below.
You can also catch Tiny Moving Parts on the road starting now through October. Pre-order the record and check out their tour dates here.
