Be in control of your sound with our diverse selection of volume and effect pedals. A performance must-have, a volume pedal allows you to control the level of output coming out of your amp using a passive foot controllable device, while effect pedals allow you to make studio-level effects all without taking your hands off the guitar.
Use our guide below to help determine what guitar pedal is best for your playing style.
Effect Pedals
Expression Tremolo Pedal
The Expression Tremolo delivers foot-sweepable tremolo control, all without taking your hands off the guitar. Five distinct waveforms (slow rise, slow fall, sine, square, and harmonic) plus an onboard vintage inspired spring reverb creates subtle or dramatic pulsating soundscapes. Control depth, rate, or both parameters simultaneously with the foot treadle. The Expression Tremolo’s sleek, compact design maximizes playability, while minimizing the footprint on your pedal board. Unlock a virtually limitless tonal palette that simply can’t be matched by traditional “on/off” stompboxes.
Ambient Delay Pedal
The Ambient Delay provides a hybrid of digital delay layered with plate reverb, for everything from slap-back to extended repeats. It features settings for delay time (50ms – 1s), delay feedback, reverb level, and a foot-sweepable effect level control to create anything from subtle textures to ambient soundscapes.
Expression Overdrive Pedal
The Expression Overdrive delivers natural tube-like overdrive with more range than ever before. It features settings for drive, boost and tone, with a foot-sweepable overdrive control, making it effortless to go from clean to searing lead tones and everything in between.
Volume Pedals
MVP Most Valuable Pedal
The Most Valuable Pedal provides a super smooth foot sweep, ideal for precise volume control with no high-frequency loss at any volume. Works with both active and passive electronics, the MVP also includes a powerful gain boost allowing players to increase the audio signal up to +20 decibels. The MVP features a compact, rugged design consisting of a billet aluminum housing that is virtually indestructible. The minimum volume control allows for the heel position to be set at zero up to 50% for any rhythm level. Gain control allows for the toe position to be set at 100% up to a boosted 20+ decibels of gain for powerful lead levels. Requires DC 9V/100mA minimum power supply or 9V battery.
VP JR250 + VP JR25 Volume Pedal
The VP Jr. 25k and VP Jr. 250k both feature a durable, space-efficient design that gives you more floor space. Both models’ main pivot shafts are made of center-less ground 1/2′ diameter stainless steel, precision seated though nylon bushings at both ends. A tuner output provides silent tuning in the heel-down pedal position. A resilient Kevlar cable transmits pedal travel to the controls and is attached by stainless steel springs. The VP Jr. 250k features a micro taper switch which provides the user two distinct volume swell rates. The VP 25k pedal is perfectly voiced for active signals and features a compact, rugged design consisting of a billet aluminum housing that is virtually indestructible. Tough, long lasting Kevlar cable transmits pedal travel to the 25k potentiometer and is attached by a stainless steel spring.
250k Mono Volume Pedal
Ernie Ball’s original full-size mono volume pedal features a super smooth foot sweep for precise volume control and is perfectly voiced for passive audio signals. Directly behind the input jack under the footplate is a micro taper switch which provides the user two distinct volume swell rates. The Ernie Ball VP 250k’s rugged construction consists of a billet aluminum housing that is virtually indestructible.
500k Stereo Volume/Pan
The 500k Stereo Volume Pedal features a 500k potentiometer suitable for the audio path of passive or active instruments. Attached to the footplate is a switch that provides the user two distinct operating modes (volume or pan). The stereo 500k pedal is extremely versatile and can be used in stereo or mono applications. Utilizing TRS stereo cables, use the B input and B output. For use as a typical pan pedal, switch the toe tap switch to the pan position and use only the A input. The pedal will pan the signal between the A and B outputs.
25k Stereo Volume Pedal
The 25K Stereo Volume Pedal features a super smooth foot sweep for precise volume control and is perfectly voiced for active audio signals. The 25k pedal is extremely versatile and can be used in stereo or mono applications. Utilizing TRS stereo cables, use the B input and B output. Tough, long lasting Kevlar cable transmits pedal travel to the 250k potentiometer and is attached by a stainless steel spring.
Mono 250k Volume Pedal With Switch
Ernie Ball’s original full-size mono volume pedal features a super smooth foot sweep for precise volume control and is perfectly voiced for passive audio signals. Attached to the footplate is an on/off switch connected to the jack labeled “Switch”. This is an isolated circuit and may be used for controlling other gear in your system like amp channel switching, effects bypass, etc.
40th Anniversary Pedal
The 40th Anniversary VP Pedal features a luxurious limited edition slate black aluminum chassis with updated graphics for a striking appearance both on and off stage. A redesigned ultra durable Kevlar cord improves potentiometer traction for precise volume control and a super smooth foot sweep. Inspired by the rugged design of the original, the pedal’s compact extruded aluminum housing is virtually indestructible.
