The Story So Far released their new album, Proper Dose, on September 21st.  Proper Dose is the band’s fourth studio album and concentrates on emotions of detachment, depression, and their struggles with substance abuse. Despite rumors of a breakup following the release of their 2015 self-titled album, the group dropped “Out Of It” in 2017, leaving fans itching for more of their pop-punk style. Proper Dose definitely does not disappoint. Created in isolation, the band took a month at The Farm Studios in Canada to toil over their upcoming album and focus their entire efforts on its recording.

The band is currently on their Fall World Tour. Beginning in Europe, The Story So Far will head to the United States at the beginning of November and continue through December. The release of the album also came with an Official Music Video for “Upside Down.”

Strings:

The Story So Far utilizes Ernie Ball Power Slinkys, Beefy Slinkys, and Bass Hybrid Slinkys to achieve their bright guitar riffs and heavy chords.

Their bassist, Kelen Capener plays with an Ernie Ball Music Man Cutlass Bass.
