Iconic Ernie Ball artist, Sir Paul McCartney has announced a new album with an eclectic, celebrated group of artists offering new covers, remixes, or reinterpretations of songs from his 2020 album McCartney III. McCartney III Imagined, will be released on April 16 via Capitol Records and features contributions from fellow Ernie Ball artists St. Vincent and Phoebe Bridgers as well as other talented musicians Beck, Blood Orange, Anderson .Paak, Damon Albarn, Josh Homme, Khruangbin, Massive Attack’s Robert “3D” Del Naja, Radiohead’s Ed O’Brien, Idris Elba, and Dominic Fike.
